We work with dedicated courier services to deliver your item to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Orders are dispatched on weekdays.
Pro Rider Leisure is pleased to be able to offer UK Mainland and European delivery as well as standard and next day options (next day option available for UK Mainland customers only, orders placed on a working day).
Please note that orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be processed on the next working day and then dispatched according to your chosen delivery method.

Please note that orders for express delivery must be placed before midday on a working day for same-day dispatch. Any orders placed after the midday cut-off will be dispatched on the next available working day.
Please be aware that delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Ireland can take an extra couple of days, therefore we advise that you do not choose express delivery as our couriers are unable to deliver within a next working day timescale to these locations.

Yodel - Delivers our smaller items and more compact packages
XDP - Handles our larger and more complex deliveries
DPD - Safely transports orders to our overseas customers
Sometimes occasional delays are possible due to conditions outside of our control. Whilst we work hard to deliver within the provided timescales, we are unable to guarantee dates and times for delivery.

Checking Your Order
At point of delivery we kindly request that you please check your order for any signs of damage - even if you do not intend to use your item immediately - at which time you can sign for as damaged with the courier or reject the delivery. Please report any damages to our customer service team by calling on 01604 813428 or emailing email@example.com.
Any claims for damages or discrepancies much be submitted within 3 days of receipt of your goods.
