We kindly ask that you email us at sales@proriderleisure.com with your order details and advise whether you would like a refund or exchange.

Please note that unwanted items are returned at the customer's expense and must be sent back unused and in the original packaging and condition in which they were received - this is also applicable to orders with multiple boxes.

Please also request proof of postage from your chosen courier and provide this in your email to us.

N.B. All items should be checked upon delivery, even if you are not planning on using your item straight away.

We're sorry to hear that you have received a faulty item. 

In the event of your order arriving faulty or damaged, we kindly ask that you either reject the order upon delivery or sign for the item as damaged and then reach out to us at sales@proriderleisure.com within 3 working days.

Please provide your order details, information about the fault/damage, and supporting images in your email to us.

Our team will review the information provided and, if a replacement is agreed, we will send this to you free of postage charges.

If you would prefer a refund, please kindly let us know and we will arrange collection of the faulty item.

N.B. Please be aware that we cannot accept any damaged claims after 3 working days of receipt of the order.

Once we have confirmation that we have received your items, we will process your refund within 3-5 working days via your original payment method.

Alternatively, we will send out your replacement/exchange according to the above timescales if this has been requested instead of a refund

Please note that refunds for unwanted items do not include the original postage costs, only the amount of the product itself.

N.B. If an unwanted item is not returned to us in its original packaging and condition, we reserve the right to withhold part or all of a refund.

Most of our items come with a one year manufacturer's warranty as standard - this will be stated within the product's features or specifications. If not stated - such as on products likes spares - then the product will not come with warranty.

Can your trampolines be placed on a hard surface?

We highly recommend that all trampolines are placed on a soft flat surface such as grass or turf. This ensures that the trampoline’s legs can slightly sink into the ground so it won’t move around as freely as it would on a hard surface. The only exception is our smaller 4.5ft trampoline which is designed to go on hard surfaces, indoors or outdoors.

How many people can use it at the same time?

For health and safety reasons it is recommended that no more than 1 person uses the trampoline at any time; the more users on the trampoline, the higher the risk of injury.

Are the legs adjustable for levelling?

Unfortunately they are not. If a levelling function was to be installed on a trampoline, it could potentially jeopardise the safety of the structure after a few uses due to the pressure on the legs from bouncing.

Do I have to pack it away in adverse weather?

Thanks to the weather-resistant materials used to make our trampolines, you do not have to pack it away for light showers, but you should store it during adverse weather and the colder months when it isn’t being used to prevent premature aging of the mat and springs. We would also recommend our trampoline cover for added protection, keeping your mat and springs feeling as bouncy as the day you bought them. 

Is the size mentioned in the title the diameter of the mat, or does it include the foam edges and frame?

The size mentioned is the total width of the trampoline when erected so the mat area will be slightly smaller. The foam edge is approximately 0.5ft wide which would make the mat on an 8ft trampoline measure out to be around 7ft.

What tools will I need for your trampolines?

Everything you need comes with your trampoline. We make sure to include them in the packaging so make sure you check the packaging thoroughly before disposing of it.

Are trampolines good for exercise?

Trampolining is an excellent form of exercise. It has all the tools for an effective workout with a very low risk of injury; it raises your heart rate and works all of your cardiovascular muscles but thanks to the shock absorbing design, it limits the wear on your joints minimising the chances of you hurting yourself.

Do your trampolines come with a ladder?

Our trampolines do not come with a ladder as it isn’t necessary to have one. If you do require one we have got a ladder available.
